Smithville Workforce Training Center will showcase the training programs offered in the areas of Healthcare, Skilled Trades, Information Technology and Banking. We will have the Health of Wheels mobile dental, medical facility on display to showcase opportunities for dental assistants, dental hygienists, medical assistants, LVN and RN's in the local rural areas. The skilled trades will demonstrate the construction trades, welding, plumbing, electrician and Commercial Driving opportunities. An 18-wheeler will be on display for those interested in becoming drivers. Other non-for-profits will be available to showcase their crafts and various opportunities offered within the community (knitting, sewing, gardening, culinary, pottery, arts and crafts)
