Bilingual Yoga for all levels: a practice that focuses on body awareness and connection with the breath. Aligning our movement with our breath will allow us to connect deeply with our body, mind, and soul. This class offers gentle movement and time for meditation and relaxation.

Please bring a thin yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothes. The Library will have a few mats to share.
