Service-minded leadership means concentrating on the growth of others. By uplifting those around us through focuses on well-being, empowerment, development, and love, we become better leaders and achieve greater results. This entry-level workshop hosted by Austin Community College leaders will help participants create their personal definitions of service mindsets and co-creates strategies for developing people-first cultures that prize authentic relationships and radical empathy.
