Financial Wellness 101 is a five-part educational series designed to build practical money management skills and long-term financial stability. Participants learn budgeting and banking basics, credit management, fraud prevention, saving and investing strategies, and how to create a personalized financial roadmap. Each session provides clear, actionable guidance to help individuals make informed financial decisions, reduce risk, and build wealth over time. The series empowers participants with tools and confidence to strengthen their financial well-being and achieve greater economic security.

Monthly Mommy & Baby Yoga offers a supportive space for mothers and caregivers to strengthen bonds with their babies while promoting early childhood development and maternal wellness. Each session includes one hour of guided yoga and movement to support motor skills, sensory engagement, and caregiver–child attachment, followed by one hour of access to free books, community resources, and essential items. Participants build healthy routines, connect with other families, and gain tools that support both parent confidence and child development.
