Intergenerational Wellness

  • Abundant LIFE Community Development Corporation (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Intergenerational Wellness in Pflugerville is a GUD LIFE Holistic Wellness community conversation designed to foster understanding and connection across generations and cultures. As Pflugerville grows, families—long-time residents, elders, youth, and newcomers—are navigating housing pressures, school demands, work stress, and a changing social landscape. Rooted in the city’s strong church, nonprofit, and neighborhood networks, this gathering centers Pflugerville’s identity and lived experiences. By bringing diverse voices together, the conversation creates space for healing dialogue, shared wisdom, and fresh perspective—strengthening collective mental wellness through trust, culture, and community connection.
